The Dance of Your Life

September 1, 2024

Growth happens while you think it’s not happening. That’s the faith you need to have. It’s easy to get caught up in the expectation that growth should be immediate, like flipping a switch. But true growth is a dance—a fluid, sometimes unpredictable movement that unfolds over time.

We all have our stories, and with them, our issues. It’s part of being human. No matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, there will be moments when you snap back to old patterns. That’s okay. Be gentle with yourself in those moments, knowing that each step, each stumble, is part of the dance.

Walking your path, one step at a time, one day at a time, is a lifelong journey. It’s not about watching the tape of your past or getting lost in future expectations. It’s about trusting the process, knowing that growth is happening even when you can’t see it. So, keep dancing, and let your life unfold in its own time.

This is the dance of your life—embrace it, and have faith in the steps you take.
