The Strength in Understanding

September 23, 2024

I’ve observed that few people show up for difficult conversations. Most will find excuses, and some of us will want to believe those excuses. Others, however, will see right through them.

But here’s something I’ve learned about understanding: it’s not a weakness. In a world where vulnerability is often seen as a flaw, true strength lies in navigating through the chaos with kindness and understanding.

Our insecurities are not weaknesses; they are narratives we’ve adopted.

So, don’t mistake kindness for weakness. Don’t mistake understanding for fragility. It’s strength in a different form.
