7 levels of consciousness

January 2, 2025

Amazing insight. This is personally inspiring.

You know, we think that is it is easy to make a change – decide one day when you wake up, to become a good person or to stop thinking about events that have haunted the soul for a long time.

It isn’t easy just like that because it requires wiring the brain in a way that stays committed to staying present to be able to change the unproductive narrative that is going in your head at any given time. It actually takes being present and self aware, to recognize that you are about to respond with the same narrative all your life.

Personally, I find it very confusing we read social media posts that tell us we have can make a decision to change and then it’s better. On one hand, I understand that the power to exercise our ability to decide, lies with us but on the other hand, I think it’s a fear driven response, that stems from protecting the ego, and we know intellectually, that ego is a false sense of self.

I am actually inspired by this visual- to climb the ladder of consciousness.
