At work, when problems arise, we instinctively dig for the root cause. We analyze, strategize, and troubleshoot until we uncover the source. Yet, when it comes to our personal struggles—or the actions of others—we often skip this step.
We judge behavior. We react to symptoms. We ignore the roots.
But what if we paused? What if we sought to understand the origins of our pain, challenges, or the choices of others? What if we saw the threads connecting everything, even as each thread runs parallel to the others?
The answers we seek often lie in the roots. All it takes is a pause to look deeper.
