Politics of the Heart

June 26, 2025

Spirituality without justice is just a mood board. Politics without heart is just a power trip. We keep acting like these two live in separate rooms, but they shape the same world we all wake up in. The truth? Most politics today is just unhealed trauma dressed in a suit. It’s reactive. Defensive. Egotistical. And the damage lands on us—on the people trying to feed families, stay safe, make rent, and breathe. Voting isn’t just a checkbox; it’s the moment we hand over the lock and key. So it matters—deeply—where that vote is coming from: fear, scarcity, anger? Or care, awareness, and collective healing? Because when power plays out without heart, we all lose. And when we spiritualize without organizing, we abandon the very people our growth is supposed to include. We’re not here to float above the mess. We’re here to feel it, face it, and fix it—together. From the inside out.
