Many of us mistakenly equate our trauma with our identity, believing that the pain defines who we are. Yet, there’s a world beyond the confines of trauma, one filled with freedom and growth. The only way to reach that world is to move through the trauma—confronting and processing it—to discover who we truly are on the other side.
