Emotions: Backseat, Not the Pilot

Emotions aren’t enemies—they’re messengers. They show us where we need to heal, where we’ve been hurt, and what still lingers beneath the surface. Ignoring them doesn’t make them disappear; it just buries them deeper.

The real challenge? Sitting with them. Acknowledging them. Letting them take a seat at the table—or in the backseat of the car. Just don’t let them take the wheel.

There’s no set timeline for when emotions fade. No fast-forward button. But facing them? That’s the bravest first step. And once you do, they lose their power to control you.

So, buckle up. You’re the driver
