Forgiveness Requires Feeling

Absolutely true! For me, feeling emotions like anger, hurt, or resentment is uncomfortable, and I often grow impatient, wishing they would leave quickly. But rushing through them always backfires because by doing so, I’m not truly honoring my feelings—and there’s always a cost to that.
