If there is one book, I recommend reading for anyone struggling with trauma, or even for anyone seeking to understand loved ones who are struggling, this is it!
Sometimes a book is the light.
Seeking to understand will eventually help bring the peace, within. It works for me, personally.
I listened to the book via Audible. I hope more of us seek to understand, before we judge.
I wish for all, a peaceful new year. Happiness is an emotion that isn’t always consistent. I feel peace is more attainable to become consistent.
