Listening to the Heart

March 30, 2025

The heart is not a weakness to silence, but a compass we ignore at the cost of our truth.

There is something undeniably powerful about the heart. It carries our truths, even when our minds try to override them. And this quote from The Alchemist captures that so simply and so clearly. Maybe if more people really trusted their heart instead of running from it, there’d be more courage, more compassion, and less fear in the world

I think it (the world) would be a gentler place. A more honest one. The heart is powerful—more powerful than we give it credit for.

And maybe, just maybe, the courage to listen is all we need.
