Read This If You’ve Ever Wondered, “Why Am I Like This?”

March 19, 2025

I just finished The Origins of You by Vienna Pharaon, and let me tell you—this book is excellent, excellent, excellent. It’s not just insightful; it’s so authentically expressed and well presented that I can’t imagine it not helping anyone who’s looking for more meaning, truth, or direction.

At its core, this book explores how our past wounds shape our present reality, often cycling through patterns of repetition and opposition. If we really took the time to understand our needs, triggers, and responses, we’d be living in a very different world—one with more awareness, more clarity, and maybe even a little more peace.

I’m not saying this book is the answer to everything, but it’s a powerful guide. And chances are, you’ll find at least one story in it that feels like it was written just for you.
