Rise of an Authentic Soul

June 14, 2024

In the depths where shadows play,
Where whispers of doubt once held sway,
I journeyed inward, through storms and fire,
To find my core, to rise, not tire.

I stripped the layers, raw and bare,
Faced each fracture, every tear,
In the mirror of truth, I found my light,
In the quiet of night, my spirit took flight.

No mask can fool, no silence bind,
The self-aware, the healed, the kind,
For in our wounds, we’ve found our song,
In knowing weakness, we’ve grown strong.

I see through lies, the empty veils,
In the dance of life, where truth prevails,
Your tricks, your games, hold no sway,
For I am whole, come what may.

I’ll test the waters, feel the flow,
To discern the true from the shallow glow,
For authenticity is my creed,
In every thought, in every deed.

You can’t break what’s forged in fire,
A soul reborn from deepest mire,
Your shadows fade in my bright day,
For I’ve reclaimed my power, found my way.

So heed this call, and know it well,
To those who wear deceit’s dark spell,
We walk with wounds, yet shine so bright,
In our truth, we find our might.

Underestimate not the healed and wise,
For we see through falsehoods, see through lies,
We walk away from all that’s fake,
And live our lives for our own sake.

In this dance of life, we stand tall,
Knowing our worth, we won’t fall,
For in our hearts, the truth does sing,
In our authenticity, we find everything.
