Seen And Steady

October 19, 2025

Authenticity isn’t dumping your feelings. It’s standing there after you speak and not folding. It’s breath held steady while your body screams for approval. It’s the difference between truth and spill.

Most of us overshare because we can’t hold the charge. We want relief, not realness. Realness is staying in your skin when the room goes quiet. Eyes up. Spine tall. No flinch.

Say less. Mean it. Breathe once more than your fear. Be someone who can be seen and stay.
