Strength Finds You

April 10, 2025

You never know how strong you are—until strong is the only option left.

Bob Marley said it best. And the truth of that hits hard when life throws you into the fire and there’s no map out. You don’t go chasing strength. It’s not something you can shop for, pray for, or fake. It rises quietly—one step at a time, one breath at a time.

You’ll know it’s there when saying no doesn’t come with guilt anymore. When you stop needing to explain your boundaries. When the storm hits and you don’t flinch—because you’ve already faced worse inside yourself.

Strength isn’t loud. It’s deeply aware. And getting there? It’s messy, painful, real. But oh, it’s worth it.
