The cover is easy; the content takes courage

(Note to self):

Emile Zola’s line hits hard: most will see the cover, a few will skim the intro, and even fewer will sit with the chapters.

Ego loves predictability, so it labels quickly, yet humility asks for a pause, a breath, and a sincere “What’s your story?” before conclusions harden.

In life, quick labels feel efficient, but they outsource curiosity and flatten a human into a headline. Before repeating critics or first impressions, pause, ask one sincere question and let someone’s pages speak for themselves.
