The Odd Ones Think

March 18, 2025

Ever noticed how we instinctively label people who seem awkward, overthink, or don’t fit the mainstream mold? There’s a reflex in us that wonders, What’s wrong with them? But how often do we ask, What’s wrong with us?

The world is full of people who follow trends, blend in, and move in predictable patterns. Then there are those who think for themselves. They don’t fit, not because they’re trying to be different, but because they are present—stepping out of autopilot while the rest of us move like clockwork.

Maybe the real oddity isn’t in those who stand out, but in how easily we accept a life that requires no pause, no thought, no questioning. Maybe the ones we label as strange are simply awake.

Just a thought—question everything. Even your own thoughts.
