Post-pandemic, we witnessed seismic shifts: relationships were tested, mental health became a priority, and businesses adapted. Yet, in our rush to keep up, we often missed the most significant change—the one happening within ourselves.

Without self-work, everything remains temporary. The real question is: are we building from a place of depth, or are we just feeding our addiction to instant gratification?
