I was watching Steven Bartlett’s podcast with Jefferson Fisher, and he dropped something that stopped me mid-scroll:
“The quality of the relationship depends on the quality of the communication.”
That’s it. That’s the whole thing.
Not the depth of your feelings. Not how long you’ve known each other. Not shared history or good intentions or even love.
