It’s not just about Trump or politics—it’s about understanding human behavior at its core. This article breaks down narcissistic traits in a way that makes you realize how deeply psychology influences the way people show up in the world. And once you start to see it, you can’t unsee it.

This is why, I guess, I share the content that I do. Because once I began to understand the wounds we carry—whether it’s the need for admiration, fear of vulnerability, or emotional detachment—it shifted everything. These patterns aren’t reserved for politicians. They show up in family members, partners, friends, colleagues (yes, over and over again), and even in ourselves.

Psychology isn’t just academic. It’s real life.

It gives language to the gut feeling you couldn’t explain. It helps you see behind the mask. And when you understand what drives someone’s behavior, you know it is possible to stop taking it personally—and you can begin to start taking your power back, although it is easier said than done but understanding and knowing that this is possible, it inspires a commitment to choose accordingly.
