Unraveling Chaos: The Power of Understanding

March 16, 2025

#Unfit: The Psychology of Donald Trump is more than just a documentary—it’s a lens into the wiring of a mind that has shaped a turbulent era. It doesn’t excuse, nor does it solve the chaos. But it does offer something valuable: understanding.

When you begin to see behavior through the lens of psychology—wounds, triggers, and unconscious patterns—you stop taking it so personally. Well, you don’t stop immediately because the behavior will trigger you until you start to truly understand the “why”. The storm remains, but you stand firmer in it. Understanding doesn’t fix what’s broken, but it frees you from the weight of trying to make sense of the senseless.

Perhaps, in that awareness, there’s a little less anxiety. A little more clarity. And maybe, just maybe, the power to navigate these times without being consumed by them.
