Why I Write About Narcissism, Healing, and Truth

April 18, 2025

Sometimes people wonder: why write so much about narcissism?

It’s not obsession. It’s not resentment. It’s survival.

When you’ve lived through a painfully dark experience, you’re trying to find your way out of a fog that blurred everything you thought you knew. The confusion it creates is deep and disorienting. It makes you question your own memories, your ability to trust, even your sense of reality.

The whiplash leaves a lasting impact.

These posts became my way of finding clarity in that chaos.

Every post is a piece of that puzzle being laid down — not just to help others, but to help myself make sense of what felt senseless for so long.

If my words help even one other person feel less crazy, less alone, and closer to their own truth, it’s worth it.

Because finding the truth — about what happened, about who you are, about what love really is — is the healing.

This is why I post the content I do.
