The Luggage We Carry

We all carry something inside of us—our past experiences, our unresolved emotions, our triumphs and pains. Some of us are aware of this baggage and how it influences our reactions, while others remain unconscious of the weight they drag along. This baggage often shapes how we show up in the world, how we interact, and how we view life.

It’s a simple but powerful reminder that part of growing is sitting down with ourselves and facing what we’ve packed inside, with the goal of making peace with it.
