Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re bridges—back to yourself. For someone who grew up with none, building even one feels like rebellion. At first, it stings. Guilt creeps in. You wonder if you’re being selfish, dramatic, or too much.

But the truth is: a boundary is not a rejection of others—it’s a devotion to your nervous system. It’s choosing inner peace over silent resentment. It’s learning that saying “no” to them is sometimes the only way to say “yes” to yourself.

I’m still learning. Still unlearning. But from no boundaries to one… then another… this is how I come home to myself. One line at a time.
